Heavenly Music

I am only one but I sing,
My harp is like honey to me,
Sweet and textured in love,
Reminds me of what used to be.

I recall the kisses lightly planted,
A feathery tickle across the face,
Eyes filled with sweet emotion,
Hands gentle, hearts embrace.

When the stars shine in the night,
You hear the winds whisper quietly
Look toward the heavens, seeking,
You will see my shadow thus slightly.

I sing sweet songs of love to you,
Stars blink to the quivers of the strings,
I pluck them in rapid succession,
Recalling true love's fervent refrains.
