Sisters By Love



Secrets shared, laughter exchanged,
Tears cried, words reassured,
Arms to hold, shoulders offered,
All of these things treasured.
You are my sister by love,
We were born states apart,
Yet you are as close as a sister,
You hold a special place in my heart.
We do not select in birth our siblings,
God places us in families without choice,
We choose our friends in life,
Through the internet without voice.

God led me to a wonderful sister,
He filled us both with sisterly love,
Through the internet He has blessed us,
We are sisters blessed from above.

I love my internet sister,
Each day she's in my heart,
I feel her love so close,
Though we are miles apart.
