He Is Alive ...

He Lives, He Is Alive as Spoken,
In olden times thus sayeth God,
Jesus Christ the man, King of the Jews,
Nailed to the Cross for His Love awed.

Way up high on a hill He gave love,
Suffering what we would if lost,
Sweet Lamb of God came and Yes He knew,
Sweating great drops of blood the cost.

The mystery of the Atonement,
Why it had to be to save us,
The resurrection’s our existence,
And He Is Alive, Yes Jesus.

The Divine Love, the Savior so kind,
Bore in His arms a robber’s soul,
The first fruits of His mission in life,
To redeem a world and make whole.

The Redeemer who loves sinners so,
The tenderest man e’er to live,
Jesus Himself without sin pardons,
Forgiving He’ll always forgive.

He Is Alive, Jesus Ever Lives,
He is God’s greatest gift of grace,
Let His love glow in you in your heart,
Love Jesus, just look on His Face.
