Stop and smell the roses,
As you travel through each day,
Treasure what God has given,
As we journey along life's way.

Inhale the sweetness of the rose,
For Jesus it represents,
The Majestic Rose of the garden,
His life for our sins was spent.

Soft and Tender the rose that we see,
Beauty loved by one and all,
The velvety touch one can't resist,
His touch will also enthrall.

So do stop and smell the roses,
Remember the creator please,
To reach the wondrous Rose of Life,
Simply get down upon your knees.
