Oh, Mommy it is Mothers Day
A day to tell you how very, much I care
You’re the very bestest Mommy anywhere
You’re so pretty and I love your beautiful smile

The way you tickle my little cheeks
And count my cute little tiny toes
How you always cuddle me so close
Then kiss me on my little tiny nose

When God gave me to you, Mommy
I wanted to be special in someone’s eyes
Now I know God gave me especially to you
Because you are so very special in God’s eyes

I hope you know how much I love you
That you hold a big piece of my little heart
Mommy, I hope you always hug and kiss me
Even when you are gray and I am grown
